I believe great teams run on three things: freedom, responsibility, and respect. Freedom means trusting people to use their judgment. Responsibility means owning the outcome of something that actually matters. Respect means assuming the people around you are capable, thoughtful adults.

I want smart people solving hard problems together, with enough context to make good decisions and enough freedom to make them.

Leadership isn't about having all the answers or a title. It's about creating the conditions for everyone to do their best work — and being accountable when things don't go as planned.
