Let's Just Do It

No one cares how you execute anymore — they care about results. While I find my company job, I'm looking to help you get it done.

No one cares how you execute these days. Whether you AI it, draw it, use a spreadsheet, talk-to-text it, automate it, or do it the old-fashioned way — it doesn’t matter. Results are what matter. You set a goal, I set a goal, we deliver. Show me the data that it worked and let’s go. I don’t need a 40-page explanation of how you got there.

I say this fully knowing I love process. I love figuring out how something can work better, faster, and more consistently the second time around. But that’s the point of process — it should make you better. It shouldn’t add overhead for the sake of sounding smart. In fact, kill the buzzwords.

So how did we get here? What happened to the UX Double Diamond and the Product Delivery Lifecycle and all the other carefully constructed frameworks for how we’re supposed to make things?

We sped up.

An individual can now do what used to take a team weeks or months in a day. AI can do some of it. Automation can do some of it. Better tools can do some of it. And sometimes you can just… do the thing yourself.

The new world needs a new process. Maybe the process is doing it yourself. Maybe it’s enabling someone else to do it themselves. Maybe it’s automating it. Maybe it’s building something that maintains itself. Maybe it’s some combination of all of those.

The point is: process should serve the outcome, not the other way around.

That’s gotten me thinking about the market differently, too.

I’ve been talking to a lot of people on the market lately, and here’s what I keep coming back to: I can look at a problem, figure out what needs to happen, start executing, learn something, change course, and have something real in a week. Meanwhile, the standard hiring process takes months to prove I can do exactly that.

That’s the stuff I care about. And honestly, it’s the stuff that’s fun to prove.

While I find my company job, I’m looking to help you get it done.

I’m open to projects, consulting, and fractional work. Startups and founders, I’ve got you. If you need help with product, UX, operations, marketing, business, strategy, AI, or just figuring out how to get something unstuck — I’m your gal.

I’ve got the ambition and initiative to come in, figure out what needs to happen, and get moving. I care about delivery, and I care about data-backed solutions — but I’m not interested in creating process for the sake of process.

Sometimes you need a strategy. Sometimes you need a system. Sometimes you need to automate the hell out of something. And sometimes you just need someone to f*cking do it.

I’m here for all of it. Let’s just get it done.
